This wine comes from Nerello Mascalese grapes softly pressed, this is followed by the fermentation. The wine obtained rests on the fine lees for about three months.
The result is wine characterized by an elegant antique pink color. The perfect mix of fruity hints; reminiscent of yellow melon and small berries. A perfect combination of freshness and mineral notes, supported by a structure that recalls the strength of this territory and of the Volcano.
